Based on this information, an official report is prepared and submitted to a producer responsibility organisation or the Packaging Register. The report must contain accurate information on all packaging types, quantities and intended uses, and must be submitted in the required format and by the applicable deadline.

Authorised representative for packaging EPR in Estonia and the European Union

Packaging extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations may apply both to foreign companies supplying packaging or packaged goods to end users in Estonia and to Estonian companies selling packaged goods to end users in other EU countries.
